Cool critter label with a peacock. Copper color. Smells a bit honeyed. Flavors are stone fruits. Peach, apricots and yellow/green plums. Fuller than expected. Most balance I’ve gotten from a Pinot Grigio. This is good. Full and fleshy. — 6 months ago

This bargain Sangiovese is a lightweight wine with an appealing nose and palate. Aromas of cherry and raspberry are fresh and cheery. The red fruit flavors are bright and natural, owing to stainless steel vinification and aging. No oak. The finish pales quickly, but it’s an enjoyable sip. — 7 years ago
