Two years later I’m not getting the same feedback. I still enjoy but had more of a sweetness not overpowered.

Delicious. All around great body, slightly acidic but still robust and with another buy.... — 8 years ago
So light! So fresh! So grapey! — 9 years ago
Very tasty wine. Smooth taste with just a bit of acidity. "Jammy". — 10 years ago
One of the two single-vineyard Leda wines, together with Vinha da Ribeira, made only in 2004. Lush with indistinguishable Ferreirinha aromas and very smooth tannins, the wine, maybe due to the vineyards' southern exposure, has started to become slightly inky and tired. Probably to be drank up. — 11 years ago
Trabalho incrível do Eduardo Zenker! Espumante muito equilibrado, fruta em alta, zero madeira, glou glou glou! A primeira garrafa abriu sem querer a temperatura ambiente e mesmo assim deu para se servir uma taça sem nenhum desconforto! @Marcelo Maia Rosa — 11 years ago
Extremely balanced black fruits, licorice, vanilla and tons of milk chocolate. Rounded tannins. Just a really nice drop. Best dry red on the Portuguese trip. — 3 years ago
Damn damn damn. If you can get your hands on one of these do it stat. Amazinggggggg. The douro grape is amazing that we had with cacio e pepe. A red when poured that when you look at it you know this is going to take you to another place. When you take that first sip, the taste of freshness. Seriously I could drink this all night — 5 years ago
minerals & stone fruits, really nice — 7 years ago
Dense, complex with a great macadamia nut notes at the core of dense black and blue fruit with a firm perfume coming through. Spicy black fruit with taught tannins, needs plenty of time in the cellar. — 10 years ago
This wine is an example that price has nothing to do with quality. Lots of fruity sweetness balanced with acidity, and with vanilla and tobacco. — 4 years ago
Starts with a jam flavor, followed by a vanilla-oak finish — 4 years ago

Alicante Bouchet I am told. Very nice! — 9 years ago
Funky and extra citrusy. Like another level of Sauvignon Blanc. Surprisingly food friendly - paired well with salads and grilled chicken. — 9 years ago
Lovely young mencia from Ribeira Sacra, lot of slate, red fruits and creamy body! I simply love this kind pf wine from the DO... — 11 years ago
2013 vintage. Excellent Shiraz. — 11 years ago

Funky nose of lemon, allspice and sulfur. Light-medium bodied. Beguiling on the palate. Lemon curd, green apple and slightly oxidized in a good way. — 8 months ago
