Interesting Sparkler. Mostly comprised of rkasitelli with a little bit of Riesling. Dark straw color. Honey, apricot with a hint of bruised apple and wet stones. Round and full. Effervescence blows off a bit quickly. Quite different. Revisited in March 2026. More oxidized and tastes a bit cooked. Sadly, this one was not built to age. — 6 years ago
