Medium in body with medium plus acidity and medium sized bubbles.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing citrus, green and red apples, light limes, yeast, light brioche, minerals and spices.

Medium finish with limes and almonds.

This sparkling wine from Argentina is interesting and easy drinking. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.

Good by itself or with food.

100% Chardonnay grapes were grown at 4,000 feet of elevation. Made in the Traditional Method. Aged on the lees for 12 months.

12% alcohol by volume.

Very nice.
Great nose and lush and smooth on the finish. Would have liked a little more tannin to pair with the bavette but the flavors were delicious and A seemed to really enjoy this one. Happy Easter!
