vintage 2013 | Trouvaille from Salento. My Sunday bubble. Made with the classic methode from Bianco d’Alessano and Fiano. Ten years sur lie (!). It is friendly and exciting. I figured out what do I smell? Roses with hints of caramel. In the taste hints of peach, easy drinking. Paired with French bread with nut salami and tunafish salad for breakfast. Unbelievable, it sells for the price of a song. ❤️
