Beautiful SauvBlanc made in the “super SauvBlanc” style. Bordeaux Blanc like aromatics of crushed limestone, slate, and rounded stone fruits. Quite soft on the palate with guava and lemon-lime lychee. High acidity at the moment.

Lime zest, underripe pineapple, grapefruit pith, and tropical fruits. A solid core of minerality drives everything forward. Really loved this with oysters and shrimp cocktail.
