Reliable and comforting. This tastes like home and the holidays, Sunday sauces, some spicy conversations. Sage, rosemary, black pepper aroma, with red fruit, chalky tannins and a medium body with high acid that is drinkable while still standing tall. A bit of that black pepper on the finish again.
