What I really like in Sicilian wines: bright red fruit over an earthy core, light, easy to quaff, but with some tannic grip on the finish. Really good after an hour or so decant.

Bramble, wet stone, dark berries, musk. Smooth tannins and kicking acidity. Gonna go great with our menu.
