Very crisp with fresh citrus and grapefruit. As it aired it mellowed and became more delicate and very refreshing. Perfect with shrimp!

Unbelievable nose right out of the bottle: ripe, but not funky, all the intensity of sun-warmed fruits without excessive sweetness or acidity. This is a mouthful, almost buttery, and needs to be paired with a rich but relatively mellow palette that won’t compete with it. Roasted garlic, caramelized onions, pork, lamb, dried fruits. $13.99
