Pale gold. Bakery aromas with citrus, minerality and a touch of honey. Nice minerality on the palate with medium + intensity. Very Good.

It is not grower champagne but this vintage Billecart is so elegant with an unexpected youthful character. Very dry on the palate but nose showed beautiful nuttiness, stone fruits and white floral character.
