Fab. Tastes like a great champagne, but lacks complecisity. I liked it better when I bought it 10 years ago — 6 months ago
Apple, pear, creamy with light toasty notes. Very good house champagne. — 10 months ago
2023 vintage rose from Bandol in Provence. Deep salmon color, red fruit on the nose, lovely strawberry flavors, with balanced acidity and a tart finish. — a year ago
No notes, nice, textbook nose with lemon, lemongrass, herbal notes, some minerally touches are lurking in the back too. The palate is fresh, vibrant, leading with lemon touches all along, a nice soft mouthfeel, a bit of an oily texture, some grip and a finish that goes on for a while. Brought by my brother. Second tasting after a first try at Christmas. — 2 hours ago
Light salmon hue. Aromas and flavors of apricot, bubblegum, cherry, grapefruit, lemon, saline, strawberry. Clean with a subtle, satisfyingly sweet finish on the palate. Balanced and drinking very well. 50% Hondarrabi Zuri, 50% Hondarrabi Beltza. — a year ago

Xmas day and my mother in law likes champagne with cooking. What’s not to like about that :) — 8 months ago
Pale salmon in color.
Strong nose of raspberries, strawberries, citrus, yeast, bread and minerals.
Medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, green apples, light raspberries, earth, light yeast, minerals and sea salt.
Nice length on the finish with almonds and limes.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne.
Well balanced and entertaining. Complex and interesting.

✨ A sparkling start to the weekend, trying to stay cool in the nearly 100 F heat.
🍾This is the 2009 Champagne Billecart-Salmon “Cuvée Louis Salmon” Brut Blanc de Blancs.
💯 It’s made with Chardonnay grapes sourced from several grands crus of the Côtes des Blancs: Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Avize.
👌 An exceptional wine in every way—versatile in its culinary pairing options. Also, a perfectly chilled indulgence to pair with the golden hour.
It’s a spectacularly lifted expression from the soft, lush vintage of 2009.
