This one has been aged in American Oak for 4 months and it has a deep ruby red color with a violent rim, intense aromas of ripe red fruits and oak with toasty and creamy notes. On the palate it has medium+ intensity flavors and a very glyceric texture, bordering on jammy and toasty soft and ripe tannins. We love this wine! We found the White version (Chardonnay) in a very nice restaurant in our neighborhood in Ibiza and than found the same wine in one particular store. We bought the bottle of red immediately when we saw it standing next to it. We now always drive to the other side of the island to get it. It such a delicate nice and warming red wine! For only €6,25 it's worth the ride!!
