Pleasant, figs, cherries. 100% monastrel. — 5 months ago
had this years ago and i feel like they've made some great strides: Monastrell from Yecla can be flabby fruit bombs, but this is a legit wine, great old vine material, had some of the secondary aromas & flavors from southern France, some of that feral quality, some iodine, white pepper along with copious amounts of black & red fruit. polished & poised, smooth thru nice finish — 10 months ago
Heavy tobacco, smoke, and earthy tones on top of dark fruits. Opens up very dynamically because of its vintage. — a month ago
Mmmm - delicious! Quite full bodied with a deep ruby red color. Enjoyed with red meat and all by itself. Flavors of blackberry, plum and dark cherry. — 5 months ago
Deep garnet opaque, full bodied with black fruit, blackberries and plums — 2 months ago

2021. This inexpensive (~$10 on discount) Monastrell/Syrah paired great with some locally made Merguez sausages. — 11 days ago
