Strong atttack but a smooth velvet finish. Pear nose.

Very smooth. In my opinion a typical South African wine.

Used half this bottle to cook Hope's pasta dish and drank the other half with my dad's birthday dinner. Easy to drink and not too strong but still definitely a sauvignon blanc.

Smooth wine nice with chicken and seafood dishes good to drink on a warm summers day
