Easter pour 🐣. Happy Easter to all who celebrate. The nose is full of cherries, wild strawberries, leather, tar, delicate oak notes. The palate is showing a good acid drive, superb balance, nice cherry and wild strawberry notes all along, some width, a silky, soft texture that evolves toward the middle of the palate when tannins kick in. Tannins are caressing, slightly disrupting the mouthfeel instead of destroying it, adding only a layer of complexity over an otherwise silky and fruity finish. A tiny oaky, bitter note pops in the very end. It's very good 👍
