Developed. Baked plums, raisins, spice cake, lots of mushroom

Just about to peak but in a great phase right now. #oldSchool (minus the fact that it's a 'special bottling', of course)

Had at "Guy's Cook Night" with Mid-East-inspired tasting menu. If memory serves.. still had significant fruit and well-rounded finish. Overall was drinking well and likely could have gone another 3-5yrs. On Day 2 it fell apart.
