96 vintage wow...might be looking for more to buy as most 96 out of reach but this was simply delicious

Uno chardonnay assurdo

An excellent Champagne. Plenty of fruit with lovely yeast accents of bread and toast. Nicely balanced with ample acidity. Drink now or wait another 10 years.

This was recommended as a very dry Champagne since they didnt have Jacquesson et Fils. Very light, clean, light yeast, very subtle bubbles.

Apple note biscuit flavor

To live and to drink this champagne in Paris... What could be better.

Beautiful structure with long lasting after taste the nose has a hint of cacao. Excellent
