Nose: earthy. In a seductive way.
Palate: smoky cherries. Quite good.

N:Very savory nose, leather and dried plums, rose petals, smoke. deep cherries. Keeps changing.( 2 hrs decant)
P: Dry…Leather, tree bark, mushrooms, cherries,( but concentrated dried)
These notes before Bolognese, so I’m expecting some change. The mouthfeel and delicato of this mountain Nebbiolo is ridiculous.

2023/2 with white bean, kale and pancetta soup, ruccola and tomato salad, etc. As always, a very different expression of Nebbiolo from those of the Langhe - ethereal, floral. I do think it would be interesting to see how this evolves for several more years.
