A little confused as to the expression, though still very young so will be interesting to see how this evolves.

Jan 27th, 2016Leather and vanilla and a hint of cardamom on the nose. Sour cherries on the front. Medium tannic structure with momentary velvet softness on the mid palate, then it transitions into a tart finish. At first I didn’t much care this wine, but it opened up and grew on me.

Nov 23rd, 2023Stewed blueberry, black berry and fresh currents, floral (Violets?) leather/tobacco, warm spice (cinnamon). Med high, astringent tannins, medium acidity. Chewy, delicious. Will seek out again
