1.5 hour decant(little sediment). A gorgeous dark magenta color. On the nose: dark fruit, that Cayuse funk(luv it), smoked meat, burnt caramel, bell pepper, orange rind. Taste: bold, polished, savory wine with blackberry, grilled cherry, bacon fat, minerals, gamey, and a long lingering peppery finish. YUM! Delicious.
