100% PN. Low yields (25 - 35 hl/Ha) and less pressure than the norm (4-5 atm as opposed to 6atm). No oak. Embryonic at this stage. Fruit doesn't seem to be fully integrated still very primary as if coming straight from fermentations. Patience is required and lengthy bottle ageing will help its components to blend together.
