V16. My wife popped this for my father-in-law'a birthday a couple of days ago. When she told me, I got really nervous this was my last btl, but I'm happy to he wrong...nearing three years since my last btl. On the nose: almost overwhelming complexity: soft pastry cream, sweet apple, meyer lemon, soft hazelnut, candied lychee, a hint of hi-toned coffee. Lovely soft mousse...just so much going on I can't do it justice....after 3 days open!?!?!? Wow.
