A single vineyard Champagne made entirely of Chardonnay from a 1 hectare site. 2 grams/L of dosage and disgorged in October 2014 after 4 years of bottle aging on lees (bottled July 2010).
Tension & power, linear, bright, fresh...still arching up strong, so its still young. That is the fabulous 2008 Champagne vintage represented well here. On that note as awesome as it is now, wait another 2+ years up to 10-12, maybe more.

(2008 base) Completely enchanting with pear fruit and a lively mineral core. Enjoyed this much more than 07.

Has all the characteristics that I enjoy in champagne. Racy acidity, check. Beautiful fruit, check. Complexity, check. Near perfect balance, check.
