More tight than the 1990 this one has just a little farther to go. Purplish in color there's plenty of blackberry, eucalyptus and mocha on the nose. Lots of lead like minerality here as well. Deep, rich palette with soft but persistent tannin, ample blackberry fruit and mocha. Decanted 3+ hours.
