2020 vintage. One of the 3 Muscadet estates owned by Castel, and another very successful 2020. The light yellow colour seems a bit more evolved compared to Hyvernière and Clos d'orfeuilles. White peach and a touch of iodine. Round and fresh, with maybe a few grammes of residual sugar, balanced by the mouthwatering acidity and the typical Muscadet saltiness in the finish. More than decent length. Incredible value. Abv.12%.
