Smooth tannins but still has a nice juicy aroma, blackberries and cherry. Also slightly jammy taste. Medium bodied, may be slightly lighter for a Bordeaux. Well balanced.
Great to drink on its own for a chill night home without food. But goes great with some savory peppered meats as well.
