This was served blind next to the Laville HB Blanc. Started out rather austere & linear with a flinty, steely, mineral, grassy character but with time blossomed out gaining weight with some tropical fruits, grapefruit, honeysuckle & floral notes with laser like acidity. — 9 years ago
