Cloves & bay leaf, and black pepper. Amazing spice on the nose followed by blueberries & mulberries. Clean as a whistle, nicely balanced, polished, pure fruit - raspberries more on the palate vs blueberries. There’s also a touch of roast. This is smooth, quite light and frickin’ delicious! Côtes du Rhône at its best!
