2005. Deep saturated red/purple. Good weight and still-firm tannins but missing fruit to balance it all out, especially mid-palate. At its best after 5+ hours, with leather flavors and some dark fruit.

Disappointing. Some fruit left in the bouquet but the flavor is flat and bity. Seem to be a few days late opening this one.

Drinkable, ya, but feeble. Very smooth. Like drinking talcum powder - in s good way. Not worth the price.
