Côtes de Provence "Cru Classe" Rouge Tibouren
Côtes de Provence, Provence, Francethis is a very nice wine but clearly meant to be a food wine vs a standalone. a lot of black olive character on the palate, very peppery, quite savory, not a fruit forward wine at all. paired with A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms , Season 1

Strawberries just keep coming from this incredibly fragrant wine. Wow. Like drinking summer

Strawberry, white flowers, high acidity and abundant minerality. Medium finish. Great wine.

Surprisingly not much of a nose on this, and the flavor and color was nothing like what I expected, but that’s not bad, it’s just different. You get a little note of orange and citrus on the nose, with subtle undercurrent of minerality that fades into the background. The palate is silky, with a medium body, and a slight creaminess on the flavor, with floral notes blending with flavors I can only describe as amber, with a dry finish! Different, but good!
