Crisp apple blasts you in the mouth followed by š . This is fine example of champagne with the weight I love. I think more Pinot gives the wine the complexity I love.

Got 375 mL, may need to try again although almost too acidic first time around.
Tried again at Sparkling Tasting Total wine 11/2/24. Tastes of cherry/berries, some toast. nose is acidic and citrusy. Still not a big fan, find it more interesting than enjoyable.
