La Blanca Sémillon

Médium straw colour with green reflexes . On the nose this shows nice lightly toastiness with some candle wax , honied green fruits and herbal hints . Quite bold and intense on the palate with green fruits, wax , honey and after a while curry spices . Good fresh acidity and a creamy mouth feel with intense saline hints . Good lightly toasty , herbal tinged finish. Shows the potential of Semillon in this part of the world , really well balanced but intense . Still young and I get the feeling this can age quite well over the medium turn , from now and over the next 5 or so years .
