In 2015, mostly SB @76%, good portion fermented in French oak. Paired this with white bean/escarole soup tipped with balsamic and shredded, aged Manchego.
Vibrant silver. Aromas of fig leaf/sap, lemon blossom, zest/oil, a hint green herb. Texturaly rich, viscous, dry add totally engaging. Was quickly drained.

Pale yellow in color with fresh scents of lemon curd and vanilla. Pineapple, honey and a tiny bit of toasted almonds. Would be a great summer party wine!

A nice surprise in tough company. As we remembered @Alec White, it was nice to have him there in spirit with a bottle he had given to one of the group. Nice Sauv Blanc/Semillon blend.
