Brut Rosé Champagne

Pretty sweet.

So many seashells and I feel like if I were a I dunno, professional (I am! But my morale)I would get a ...-mineral core. When have I ever spoken of a mineral core? Except this bubbly has one. Run along the ocean, taste the rainbow and smell the sea spray. Party like an upscale wine lover who wants something they can think about...if they want. So very mineral and so much underripe to ripe strawberry just like my bestie on his-sage but old at heart. But then that mineral cut. This is equal parts fun and a disciplinarian

Rosé

A nice comparison to the HJW rosé. Much more berry dominant on the nose and palate. Raspberries, strawberry and rhubarb. Hint of cheese too. Creamy on the palate. Great texture. Very focused and pure.

For me, still the best NV rosé money can buy. Beautifully delicate, with a toasty exterior that gives way to a subtle raspberry and floral finish.

Dry, spritzy cranberries in the best way possible! Brioche and apples round this out. Excellent way to start Sean’s birthday weekend!

Beautiful fine bubbles of raspberry and cream finishing with the same flavors along with a fine bready note with balanced acidity and minerality. Champagne sublime liftoff.
