Pretty much a nice, textbook example of what Crozes should be. Nose has dark cassis, intense dark minerals, black peppercorn, drying purple flowers, funky cured meat. In the mouth it’s intense, mouthcoating, and savory, but the tannins are soft and the feel is lighter than you expect. Really nice balance and cling.
