Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Young, but still so smooth. Lacks depth - give it time.

Definitely solidifying the quality of this producer, it's a little reductive upon opening, but after about an hour/half it starts to sing, just the right amount of oak spice, the balance is outstanding, purity of terroir/varietal is what you look for in the best burgundies.

I like the music but I hate to pay, very pure & somewhat expensive. Wanting for more at this $$$$

2013 vintage. Red fruits. Some nettles. Balanced and fresh. Not much power or concentration. Medium finish. Simple.
