Fourchaume Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Excellent Chablis - innocuous nose but nice big jolt of pear flavor in the middle and zero acidity at the back end. Perfectly straddles elegance with body. Probably best as a sipping Chablis served medium chilled - complements poultry well but turns more average later
