Nose of fresh citrus fruits, bruised apples, lemon juice, mangoes, light earth, light wood, herbs and spices.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, apples, light oak, spices, lemons, sea salt, pineapples and minerals.
Tangy finish with limes and spices.
This 9 year old Chardonnay from Burgundy is still drinking very nicely. Elegant and complex, with a nice mouthfeel. Spicy and entertaining.
Good right out of the bottle, and better when not too cold. Nicely balanced and easy drinking.
I had this vintage 5 years ago and decided to wait a few more years. Drinking better now.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime.
Good by itself or with food.
