Apr 19th, 2025Lovely wine but not showing a lot today. Needs at least an hour to open. Elegant Pinot character with a touch of pretty oak in the background. A cooler style of 2015 Burgundy, which I like. Good freshness and balanced structure. Put this away in the cellar for at least 3-4 more years before trying. I don’t think it’s worth it to open anytime soon. Will be wonderful with age.
