One of the best village wines going. Nose is so classic. Animal, mineral, stone, dark cherry, brooding, even some elegant nori. Unreal black cherry. This is stanking it up in the best way possible. The palate is just insane. And also needs air. Big, brooding, mineral and concentrated. But unformed as of now but air will correct that. Silky, sweet, dense, mineral and brooding. But fleshy, energetic and so dense. Sweet and deep. Let’s see what air does but man this is already an all timer. This nose is so brooding. Really nice finesse and density while being so silky. Fruit pumps on the finish. So tangy. Wonderful.

One of the stars of night actually. Fantastic, silky texture. Buffets wines are quickly becoming one of my favorites simply for the deliciousness factor. I could drink these wines every day. Like velvet. Kland’s bday
