Noticeable Oak on first sniff. Good acid. Elegant- classic purity. Some tasters picked this as the Chablis in the lineup but for me it did not have the classic oyster shell. This may reveal itself in time once the oak intergrates better. Certainly will age.

1998. Great bottle. Still fresh. Sublime texture and flavour. Still has remarkable acid. Brûlée and zest flavoured. Superb length.
