Clos du Bourg Demi-Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc

So complex, layered lemon, pineapple, honey. Would love to see how this opens up over a day, would love to see how it ages… but, alas.

Huge pineapple, peach, jasmine, minerals with great balance and concentration. Had over 3 nights with salad with roasted nuts, goat cheese pasta, and nigiri, delicious with everything. Would love to see how this ages
