Le Haut-Lieu Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc

Aged too much unexpected

Smells more oxidized as opened and then tightens and is amazing for 50hrs

Fresh. Lively. Light to medium body.

This vintage seem a little older than it actually is - a lot of other than fruit bees wax wet wool - honey hay high acidity nice balance medium bodied - not as nice as other vintages I’ve had

Wowser

Single Vineyard. Dry and mildly tart. Long finish.

Quince, honey, melon fruit - Screaming acidity medium body

Classics are classics because they don't get old.
