Dry, tobacco but still juicy

Sharp and fruity with dry finish. 12.95 at lawc. Would consider but not eager to get again.

Nose: sawdust, curry spices, rubber. Dates. Toffee. Weird.

Taste: nice acidity, balanced, subtle flavors. Tastes like “real wine.” The curry spices are present but milder than the nose. Dates, plum. Carob. Well made. I think…90.

We opened this 2018 vintage shortly before serving with ribeye steaks, grilled asparagus and baked potatoes. Excellent. Would love to get some more.
