A beautiful gift! Paired with boquerones and jamon iberico brought back from Spain (don’t tell TSA). Drunk over two hours and absolutely singing. Nice nuttiness to compliment the acorn forward Iberico, and wonderful acidity and saltiness to compliment the anchovies. One of those celebratory bottles that you can stew over sip after sip, or just let go and lift the glass.
