This is as advertised, steely, sharp #chablis. Lemon, mineral nose, more reticent than I would have expected. Tastes of green apple, lemon curd, laced throughout with minerality. It paired excellently with herb lemon roasted whole chicken.

Super lean and crisp. Citrusy and with good acidity. Come for a clean Chablis, stay for the minerality with a crazy long finish.
