Vintage 2001| Proof of a long life for riesling. The colour was really brown, mahony brown. Smell with a very little petrol, more honey. That honey is also present in the taste. Good balanced. Appreciating such a ripe wine is a matter of acquired taste. Paired with a mixed fish stew.
