Opening in the glass with well defined notes of lemon balm, white flowers, green apple and wet stones, Fèvre's 2020 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnere is medium to full-bodied, concentrated with a zesty high acidity so typical for Chablis. The precision and linearity are excellent and I believe the 2020 is a terriffic vintage for this Cuvée. Drink now until 2035.
