2023. Weird weather night (tornadoes and hail south of us, winter storms north), so we decided to stay in and just see what we had available. Ended up with a couple nice cheese and meat plates. This Pet Nat had been in the beer fridge since the holidays, and its waiting time was over. Aggressive and persistent bubbles that worked so well with the rich cheese and salty meats and olives. Not too complex, just refreshing.
