Excellent Chardonnay done in a new world style, but very elegant. Intense gold/green colour in the glass, floral, slightly smoky nose with a toasty palate that includes flavours of lemon meringue, pear, and a slightly saline finish. Paired with a hot smoked salmon, angel hair pasta dish. Solid.

Oak and Malo. Lemon. Let it open up for an hour and got fresh cut apple and apple cider. Great Chardonnay.
