Mar 14th, 2026Magnum. Purchased at Chez Texier and hand carried home. Lovely redfruited Syrah, floral, minerals, some meaty notes, really fine acid balance (as Eric’s wines always have), soft tannic structure, drinking beautifully tonight, will be great with the BBQ rib roast still on the grill!!
